About this property

Welcome to Luna Blanca & Encanto Living

Luna Blanca & Encanto Living is a 4.5-star resort hotel located in Sonora, Mexico, offering a quiet and private setting ideal for guests seeking a relaxed getaway. The property consists of condo-style accommodations with multiple pools, Jacuzzis, and beach access, situated along a clean, uncrowded shoreline. Its design focuses on comfort and privacy rather than full-service hotel amenities, so visitors should be prepared to bring their own food and essentials, as dining options on-site are limited.

The resort is especially popular among families and travelers looking for kid-friendly facilities and outdoor recreation. Spacious pools, including a temperature-controlled one, and access to the beach provide enjoyable options for relaxation. Some guests appreciate the resort's seclusion, noting it is about 30 minutes from the town center, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere but requires planning for supplies and meals.

Guest reviews highlight clean accommodations with comfortable furnishings and ocean views, although some report minor maintenance issues in individual units. Access to nearby attractions such as The Seashell Museum at CEDO and proximity to other well-rated hotels like Encanto Vacations and Castaways Rocky Point Luna Blanca make it a reasonable base for sightseeing. The resort also offers gated, secure parking and a family-friendly environment, making it a practical choice for visitors looking to explore the area while enjoying a tranquil setting.

Travelers arriving by air will find the Mexicali R. Sanchez Taboada International Airport approximately a 3 hour 43 minute drive away. While Luna Blanca & Encanto Living provides a peaceful retreat with access to outdoor amenities, its suitability is best for those comfortable with limited on-site dining and who prioritize privacy and nature over full hotel services.

If you want to have a fun trip to rocky point. This is the place, away from crowds. With clean beach, plenty of pools and all the amenities needed to stay there and enjoy the outdoors. The condos are what you expect with all the items needed to make your wonderful.

Beautiful place, very clean and secluded. If you are looking for a quiet getaway with privacy and serenity, this is the place. The pools are great to spend the day relaxing. The ocean is beautiful and nice to bathe when low tide. The towers are short term rentals, no full time service restaurants so be prepared. The place is 30 min away from town so bring your food and essentials. AC in our unit works pretty good, 104 degrees outside and the room is 72 degrees. Would definitely return.

Great view on the 10th floor, everything was clean and the rooms were comfy, lobby is nice but the pool and the Jacuzzi were great, the beach was not crowded since it was right in front of the place, is not a hotel they are condos, little far from Rocky point but only 28 minutes no too bad

Great place to stay and relax with the family. Sadly offroad vehicles are not allowed at the beach but you can ride them on the dirt road that takes you to the resort all the way to Puerto Peñasco. The pool area and Jacuzzis are spacious and amazing. There is also a temperature controlled pool in case the water is too cold for you. The bar had great drinks and great service. I stayed in a resort home which was good but my buddies next door was better maintained than mine and had more commodities. There is a Coconut stand in the beach and also messus that can massage in the beach or go to your lodging. Again it is amazing. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars to rooms was because the pool and jacuzzi in the home we rented did not work and the balcony was locked and was supposed to be opened.

We stayed in a Luna Blanca penthouse and it was just beautiful! There were 4 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms which was very convenient along with a guest bathroom in the hallway. They all access to the balcony which faced the ocean and you had a nice view of the pools. It has an open living area and kitchen so it was great hangout area. The penthouse was very clean on arrival and everything very well maintained. Don't forget to pack towels as none were provided. The pools were cool cause they all had different depths. They also had an outdoor kitchen area which you can reserve for you and your guests. This property also gives you access to Mayan Palace which is a plus cause thats the closest restaurant and bar for miles. All in all, def recommend!

Stayed mid October 2020, was a great experience, very private location but there were other guests about 15 at most. AC went out in living room but was fixed rather quickly from the time we reported it. Pool's where clean, the rooms and view was amazing. Parking is gated, close, covered and with security. We celebrated my daughter's bday here and had the best time.

I utilized Airbnb for my lodging accommodations and found the premises to be in a state of cleanliness. The swimming pools provided a delightful experience. It is noteworthy that the temperature of the pool water tends to be on the warmer side. My visit occurred during the summer season, so it is possible that the water may be cooler during other months. The children derived great enjoyment from their time spent at the pools. An individual approached us and offered room service, which I believe was a private arrangement. This service proved to be quite beneficial for us.

Great place to stay. Clean facilities. Service was great. Pools and beach were clean and easily accessible. Brought a lot of our own food to grill as there are limited places to eat nearby.
